Hidden Valley is a joint venture with Far East Consortium Ltd. The property consists of approximately 2,400 acres situated 44 km north of Melbourne, Australia and is within commuting distance from Melbourne’s central business district. The overall development master plan includes 950 approved residential allotments, an equestrian centre, tennis courts, swimming pool (all of which are operational), a golf and country club comprising a club house and a retirement village, which is in the planning stages.

The project is currently in the second stage of development and currently, 487 residential allotments have been launched, out of which 349 allotments have already been sold with a total gross revenue of A$30.11 million, leaving a further 601 allotments available for sale. Revenue from the unsold allotments is expected to be generated over the next 8 years.

The Hidden Valley Golf & Country Club consists of a clubhouse and a 36-hole golf course. The fully operational facilities in the clubhouse include 2 tennis courts, a swimming pool, driving range, golf academy, restaurant, spike bar, gymnasium, members’ lounge room, pro shop, function room, saunas and change rooms.

The project has been launched in two stages, with sales from stage one being re invested into the development of stage two. To date approximately A$13.8million has been spent on Common Infrastructure.
